Hey my name is youngrin
I am the Founder & Lead Instructor of YR School. I used to work as an equity analyst at CLSA in Seoul and Hong Kong before becoming a CFO of a Korean eCommerce startup called Onulhoi.
Now I have created YR School to bring real finance experience to those who are struggling to get their first internship and provide hands-on training. I shared some of my life principles below to show you what kind of mentorship I offer.
I also run a finance career blog (scroll below for more) where I share my experience with students who want to break into finance. Check it out for more recruiting and life insights!

life principles
first principleS thinking
You must have heard of the 80:20 rule. For most things in life 20% determine 80% of the outcome. When you condense any problem into the basic elements you can find that 20%. This is how I built my career, living my life happily and building a sustainable business
anything is possible
When I was a university student one finance professional told me I could never break into the industry. Surprise surprise! Within 6 months I broke in and the rest is history. With practice and taking baby steps anything is possible. It just takes time. Don’t doubt your potential :)
be yourself ALWAYS
You don’t need to be somebody to succeed in career, relationship and life. No one can be better than you on being you. Being comfortable with yourself will help you build character. Society wants and rewards uniqueness not another copycat.
